I was a Regional Real Estate Training Director and I taught hundreds of agents how to do real estate the “RIGHT” way. I’ve had transactions where the agent had no clue on what was going on, didn’t return calls/emails or just acted in an unethical manner. Getting the training & education, staying up to date on changes, and having proper supervision will help get you to a smooth settlement. Without this, then the scariest person could be the agent on the other side.
